    • Refunds can only be processed before the SEO campaign begins.
    • After the campaign is initiated, no refunds will be offered due to the time and resources already dedicated to the planning and execution of the strategy.

  3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads:

    • Refunds are not applicable once the ad campaigns are launched or funds have been allocated.
    • We are committed to improving the performance of the campaigns; however, no refunds will be issued once the work is in progress.

  4. Video Editing & Graphic Design Services:

    • Refunds are only available before any work has begun on your project.
    • Once any aspect of the work has started, refunds are not applicable, as we begin the creative process immediately.

  5. Other Services:

    • For any other services offered by UPAXIS DLANES SOLUTIONS LLP, refunds are subject to the same conditions. If no work has begun, a refund may be issued.
    • Once the service has been started or delivered, refunds are not applicable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved.
